| First night deposit required within one week of making reservation. First night deposit can be made in cash, check or a credit card can be used to hold the room. Reservations of 4 days or more require a 25% deposit. We require two full weeks cancellation notice for a full refund. Late cancellations will receive a full refund if room is reserved by another guest. Special events (ie Iola Old Car Show, EAA Fly In, weddings, etc) require a 25% non refundable deposit with balance of payment to be paid in full 30 days in advance of reservation. | ||
